METIS QMS LLC
Website Privacy Notice
Last updated November 3, 2026
This notice describes information handled through the METIS QMS marketing website at metisqms.com. It does not describe the separate METIS QMS application or its services.
Information you submit
If you request a demo or consulting conversation, the website asks for your name, work email, and company. You may also provide your current QMS or method, areas where you want help, applicable standards or customer requirements, organization size, site count, and a message. We use these details to respond to your request.
If you choose to share assessment results, the form asks for your name, work email, company, and consent to follow up. Phone and message are optional. The assessment answers and resulting scores may be included so we can discuss the results you asked us to review.
Assessment progress and analytics
While you use the QMS Health Assessment, your selected framework, current question, and numeric answers may be saved in your browser's local storage so you can continue later. The assessment does not save your name or email in that progress record.
The website uses Google Analytics to understand website visits and interactions. Assessment analytics, when enabled in the website's Cloudflare configuration, are limited to aggregate assessment events and do not include contact details or free-text messages.
Service providers and email
Website forms are handled by Cloudflare Workers. When a form is submitted, the information is sent through Resend to METIS QMS so we can respond. Google Analytics processes website usage data under its own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and choices
Assessment progress stored in your browser remains there until it is cleared by the assessment or removed from browser storage. Form submissions are delivered to METIS QMS by email; email retention depends on the systems used to manage that correspondence. You can clear local browser storage or contact us to ask about information you submitted.
